Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using this website and Urban Illusions iOS App (the "Services") opened and operated by Haley R. Hatfield ("Artist", "us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. This website and Urban Illusions iOS App (the "Services") are owned and operated by Haley R. Hatfield (“Artist”, “our” or “we”). You may only use the Services if you accept to these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. The Artist reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in force when using the website and Urban Illusions iOS App.
2. Material on the Services is protected by copyright and other law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the Artist prior written consent.
3. All trademarks of the Services are property of Haley R. Hatfield or of third parties.
4. Material and content on the Services is provided for creative, informative and educational purposes only, and may not be used for any unlawful purposes.
5. The Artist is not liable for any damages, harm, or injury that relate to, arise out of, or result from the use of, or access to, or the inability to use, any of the materials of the Services. The materials on the Services are provided "as is," and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. The Artist may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if believed that you have breached these Terms and Conditions. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Artist respects the intellectual property rights of others, and require that people who use the Services to do the same.
8. If you wish to purchase any product or content through the Services please contact the Artist at hhatfi1@lsu.edu.
9. The Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Haley R. Hatfield.
10. The Artist has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Artist shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
11. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
